Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Sir,
I have given Rs.6 lacksh as debt to my friend for constructing new house one year before on faith.He gave me a blank cheque only,but no other agreements between us.
Now,he refused to return back the money.Let me advice what i should do?
