Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Sir thank you vary much! for your answer dated 9 February 2013, i need little more clarification. The thing is, "A" had sold his property to "B", later "B" sold that property to "C" as per, their name changed on the 7/12 extract.

Now the problem is arised that the sister of "A" is climing on the right of the property to "A" . FURTHER under section of 247 of MAHARASHTRA LAND REVENUE CODE 1966, the name of sister of A, has mention in the 7/12 extract NOW.

my question is, how can i defend myself, I am ' C' whoes name was on the 7/12 extract. and now when i am a purchaser of the land this section how can mention the name of sister of A"s name on the 7/12.
