Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
sir actually some years ago about 20yrs my grand father has purchased land and there after he build a house but after some year around my home many houses are there and there is no way for going outside or come inside we are using neighbours land as a way now what to do they dont want to give land or sale the land by which i can get the way plz sir suggest me how to get the way..??

I am sorry to learn your situation. You may explore the possibility of your "easment" rights for claiming ingress and outgress to your home. A solution may be worked out by the local revenue / municipal authorities. Alternatively, you may have to file a civil suit against your neighbours claiming right of passage.
