Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Sir 3 years back my marriage performed by caste and community rights. My husband MSC Physics (PG) English Medium but he is not doing any job. and he live me alone with my 1 1/2 year son and went away from the house 2 times with out intemate to any body and come back after 2 days. Sir 2 Months back on 20th December 2009 my husband drove his hero honda in rash and negligent manner to kill me and he pushed me from the Honda I received head injury and I admitted in Kamineni Hospital up to 17 days and know iam loss my memory also. In this sitution once again he went away from the house with out intimate to any body and he swiched off his cell phone also. Now what I can do please give me suggestion.

your husband doesnt seem to be a man of stable mind. staying with such a man is dangerous for yourself and your son. better seek divorce from him.
You should seek his criminal prosecution for his overt and covert actions committing "Cruelty" and "Domestic violence" against you. A complaint may be made to the local police by registered post with a copy to the S.P of the District.
