Just collect all the details of the properties registered in your name from the concerned Village office (tax receipts and possession certificate in your name ) and Sub Registry office (Certified copies of the documents). If mutation is not effected just do the mutation of records obtained from the Sub Registry Office at the Village Office such as Jama etc and pay the basic tax. Talk to your father with the help of elders in family or well known people in your area to return the properties that are registered in your name. If no result is seen consult an Advocate experienced in civil matters and ask him to issue a legal notice with the details of the properties and ask him to return it in 15 days . If no result is seen file a suit for Recovery of Possession on the strength of title and also file an I.a to attach the properties that are listed with documents, Get the details of all the properties and documents at first then you may do this things. Do not forget to engage an Advocate who is highly experienced in handling Civil Matters.

You can lay your claim on mother's property if she had died intestate.
