Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
sir,i asked this question earlier also but i didnt got any reply sir pleeeease help me out .We had written a family aggrement almost 20 years back.According to that i had a share in one of the property but not in the legal partnership deed.Today the brothers who had legal share in it refuse to oblidge the agreement.they have sold the property and the sale deed will be completed in another 1 month.Can i stop that sale deed.if yes please guide me at earliest. THANKS

yes, you may file a suit for permanent injunction restraining the sale of the property or execution of the sale deed. However, by now, if the property has been sold, then you may file a suit for cancellation of the sale deed
