Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

sir,i browwed one lakh and refunded but they filed inthe subcourt not refunding the money while giving the amount i have not get the recived recepit from the party,my stamppaper filled by me was not given by the party,they said we searched and gave laterly.but they crimanly planned and send a legal notice that you have not settled the entire amount.i give a reply notice that i settled all amount but they filled the case. my advocate failed to putout right points so judgment is favoured to the party and degreed for the amount of onelakh forty thousand.i felt very dissapointment on that time i met an accident so iam unable to walk.after 6 months while i recoverd i met a seniour lawyer he told the grounds are week to go appeal and the time also barred to go appeal.iam an bussinessman in that mean time i have lost huge amount in the shares brought by me.now iam in zero position. iam working in a shop for a salary of 5000/- ihave no property. i have three dependts wife and two smallchildrens. the court amena torchring me to atten the court.i apporached the party and explain my position but they are not ready to compramise ,if i attend the court magsitrate will arrest me? i have no source to pay the amount partly also,but i pay monthly 1000/- only because i want to run my family also,please give some legal points to releive in this matter.awaiting for your reply j.dasarathakumar
