Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Sir,
I got dismiised order under relief act Sec 6.I was defendent.and case is about my brother my expired brother & I wasted 9 years of time to got this order so can you tell me in an our law is there any provision so that I can claim my losses occured in these 9 years.
