Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Sir,
I don't have any other documents like bank transactions,contract,bills etc.Ihave only the bounced cheque.Shall i file the case?Wihtout any documents the case is it valid?

To file and succeed in cheque dishonour case, you need to prove the liability. But the proof need not be only with documents. www.lawconcern.com

How are you going to prove that the person who has issued the cheque to you was to discharge his liability.
