Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Sir,I have a property which belongs to my father who is dead now.My sons had made an agreement with a builder to sell the same and have also taken Bayana from him.But i am not ready to sign the agreement.
In the meantime the builder has sent a legal notice through his advocate to us.How to reply to this notice?
