Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Sir,I am SARPANCH of a village.A villager built home, without gram panchayat's permission.We have already filed a case against him,but no response was achieved.As it is illegal, what should we do? should we dismentle the house? what are the gram panchayat's law?Please advice regarding the same.

You should take appropriate action in terms of the Gram Panchayat Act of your State and before taking any action it may be better to seek advice from the concerned Legal Department of the State through concerned Panchayat Officer/authorities..
