sir,
i am working in pharmaceuticals company as a zonal sales manager my subordinate working as a sales officer false blame me i am working in other organization in franchise co, doing false dr call during working.
can i file case against him of manhani & how much time will take for decision.
subordinate terminated by company by not submitting proff & defame seniar.
please suggest me & guide
