Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
sir/madam,
I am an engineering student from kerala,india.I am 21 years of age.I would like to know about the legal age to have sex in india.My girlfriend is 19.We are planning to have some intimate time together in kerala,india.So is it a crime since we are unmarried?If we are in a hotel room,will police raid and put us in prison?
