Sir/Madam
I had file 498 and 125 case in 2007...and now in 2010 i want to file DVA to get compantaion and other remedies....Am i too late to file DVA ?? what should i do to get money to survive in future?
Can i file DVA? or it has no meaning now ? does a 3 yr long duration vl creat any problem if i file DVA ?
suggest me right way.

You are not late for pursuing your remedy under D.V.A. However, the support you may get under DVA will be after deduction of maintenance amount, if any, being paid to you under 125.
