hello sir/madam i am neeraj party give me a cheque but in his account having insufficient fund and bank returned cheque to me i said many time to the party to pay my payment but party will not pay my payment after it i give a notice to the party through the advocate but party will not pay the payment and now he say i will do anything with u if i filled the case what i do pls sir help me

Dear Neeraj,
You may lodge a case under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act against the party for "cheque bouncing".
