Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

sir/madam i have purchased a plot in 1985 in delhi extended lal dora residential plot 1000sq.yds through notarized gpa on my cousin's name by seeing the persons name in revenue record as the owner later in 2006 from my cousins name i have transfered the plot in my name through registered gpa in s.r office but because of gpa my name did not changed in revenue record later the person from whom i have purchased the plot expired and name changed in revenue record of his childerns then in 2009 they sold the same plot through sale deed to other person but till today i am in the possession and registered gpa is with me but problem is persons have sale deed and revenue record with them plz help me what should i do and plot will be with me or not.... regards abhishek...

Sorry because of the fact that by General Power of Attorney no right flows and nor any title flows on you and the person who has sale deen in his favour is the lawful owner and further the only recourse available with you to claim title by filing civil suit and proving that you were put in possession of the said plot by paying full consideration but again question of limitation will come in your way but you have to take a chance otherwise you are bound to loose the property
