Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Hi Sir/Madam

This is regarding revoking land property which is given as gift.

In 2001, My Dad has given one land property as unconditional gift to his younger sister (who already married ). The gift deed registered in 2001 itself. But after 9 years i.e. in 2010 , the recipient recognized that there is discrepancy in survey number. Hence they were not able to sell the property as title deed is still on my DAD name. Due to some personal disputes, My Dad has been cancelled that gift deed without recipient concern and again gifted to his son (My brother).

Now the recipient have filed a case on my dad to acquire the title deed.

Here one point to note that the recipient has earned lot of other properties within this period as well as she is wife of central government employee.

My Dad / my family members did not have any other properties.

You can easily protect the property provided the document settlement should have right of revocation and possession of title deeds and other aspects stands still in your custody.
