hi sir,my father has a doubt regarding a place his dad bought from a person. The person's own brother is the owner of the place and he has written in his will that the place goes to his brother's children for their education and other allowances. His brother sold it to my grandpa stating in the document that i sell it for the educational allowances of my children. But now those children claim our father has no right to sell that place. What is the solution to this problem..Plz provide legal advice...

unless a lawyer goes through the documents, it is not possible to answer you query. even if answered, it would be devoid of legal force. read more on property laws on my website www.karvai.in.
