Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
sir,
My grand father(mother's dad),he died in 1976, he has 4 daugters and 1 son..son was minor when he died....now son claims he alone wants whole property and daughters filed case for equal share in HC and case came in favour for equal share..now son is going for SC ....son is reputed judge in Andhra pradesh ...how long this case would take ..its been going for more than 14 years as everyone are turning old ..as grand daughter(maternal) will i get share??

Supreme court is the last destination for deciding the fate of the parties. you may wait for the verdict.

You should get a share from your mother's share. The case will not take long in SC. However, it may not be important even if one of the parties may be a HC Judge.
