Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Sir,my mother died without a WILL in 1995. My father died with a registered WILL giving away all the properties to my only brother. i have 4 elder sisters & they are not interested in joining me ! my query is, shall i go for partition on my mothers property all alone.properties worth 25 crores ? I am mislead that partition means for entire parents property.I am confused. little help please.
