Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

my name is navaneetha i live in coimbatore tamilnadu. i have a problem.
I rented my to house to a family, after a month i found out that they don't have good character. They are using that house for wrong purpose that is using as place for ladies and gents....... I asked them to move out of the house. They didn't accept it and fought with me.
After 15 days i asked my friend who know some political figures. After seeing the political figure they moved out of house. Without giving the front door key to me and they put a court case on me. Saying that i asked a higher rent and threatend them with rowdy material.
They are not in the house anymore and they don't have any legal proof (rent or advance receipt) or any photograph saying that they lived in this house.
I thinking of giving a statement in the court saying that the house is empty for a long time, i don't know them and they are filed a false case on me
if i file like this will i win in the court please. or will they win and trouble me again sir reply as soon as possible.
when i asked about this to local lawyers nobody answered this question properly. so i am asking you, please help me
