Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Hello Sir,
Someone try to signature around 25 days ago from my father (age 64) at drinking position, he did not sign but he is not sure due to drinking stage and he dont remember anything what happend that as he said he did not sign well he dont have anything at his name and our home is at mom & my name in joint. Is it risky anything for us or for my father in future.
Please advice us.
