Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Sir,
We have a Ganesh temple in our complex a yearly festival is scheduled shortly, the youth of the complex is compelling to go and make door to door collection of fund / donations for the same against the wishes of some well-wishers. is it legal or if it is illegal then as per which code in IPC
