Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Sir,

We have properties in name of my grandfather. Before he died he had made a Will. A will in favour of we both grand sons. He had declared that since my son is deaf and dumb and incapable to handle the property grandfather has given entire property in our name.

After the death we are in problem since we didnt used this Will and our father tried to sell of the property somehow we have availed the stay order.

Kindly give us the guide line for transferring the property into our name so that there is no problem further in future. Right now the property is in name of my grandfather and father has applied to get the property into his name.

Regards,
