my sister want to get divorce from Uk citizen ..she got married in 2003 ...her husband not working .. she to do job for him and he impotent too.. she was not ready breakdown her relationship but she is tried ...she is now in india . what will be the better u fight against them in india or in UK ..pl help ..

it is better to file a petition for divorce in india as she can prosecute it better. but in case she has a proof that he is physically impotent, then she may also get the declaration that the marriage is null and void ab initio i.e. no marriage in the eyes of law.
Where was you sister's marriage solemnised ? This would decide about the jurisdiction of court to file various cases against her husband for interim maintenance , residence and divorce etc.
