Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My sister husband died a year ago. she has an 4 year old boy child and only 50% share of one shop is her husband name. Now she wants to marry some other person. her in laws made a MOU regarding transfer of property to their grandson when he adult. my question is whether MOU is registered in court or it vailed document

yes MOU is a valid document and can be registered at registrars office...for the protection of the childs rights...
