my sister has sold out her complete share to my mother in 2008, On registered sale deed all stamp duty paid in 2008, Now she is divorced and staying with us since 2010 in the same house of which she sold out her share to my mother .
I have got the Share of just 17 sq yards in the house as well.
Me and my mother we both want to sale that house.
Now she has Suit a Domestic Voilance case against me and She is saying in the case that ' I want to live in this house ' I Will not go out from this house...
Now My Questions are.....
Can She take the Stay orders so that we can not sale the house
Can She take residance orders

a lawyer needs to go through her petition of domestic violence and also the sale deed that she executed way back in 2008. after perusing these documents, opinion can be given. however, in case she is staying in the house, she may get interim orders of residence.
