Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Society election
Sir, I would like to know that one member can propose to one member and second to another member for the election of Managing Committe of a Co.op. Society in Mumbai. Is there any restriction for proposing and seconding different member by one member for election of Managing Committee. Our society consisting of 56 members and following the bylaws and in the bylaws there is no clarification in this regard. Election is due for Managing Committe. An early reply in the matter is highly obliged
