Whether socity Bye-law can determine the jursdiction, when association registered under Karnataka Socities Registration Act?

The Society cannot make bye-laws in contravention with the Model bye-laws; moreover, the bye-laws are approved by the Registrar of Cooperative Socieites (RCS) at the time society is registered. However, an affected party may challenge the bye-law on the ground of violating any provision of the Act.
