Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
we sold our flat in the year 2005/06 ,but not full payment was made to us so we retained the possession but all are title deed were handover to purchasers bank ,now suddenly the have come with the court order of section 14 of sarfaesi act 2002 and order says that the can take police help to take the possession but we are not the borrowers and borrowers dont stay here so can they take the possession of my flat, what i need to do in this case are there any provision where i can stop them and do they give time to resolve this
