Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
We have sold one portion of our house (15' X 59') in 1992 after survey. Due to recent survey, it is found that 2' (approx) of plot (backside) is coming in our portion and front side is correct (0') and they are insisting us to give them 2' of land since they want to renovate their house, which is not possible since we are staying. My question is, we have sold them the house not the plot, will you please advise us how to go about it??
