Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
my son has made my signature on a unregistered paper and he himself has made a family settlement telling court that property is given by me to him and he is owner and a notice is issued on a wrong adress ex-parte status quo has been passed by the court against me,even witnesses are his friends what should i do.
