property rights can be ascertained after the cause of action for inheritances arises. In case your mother is still alive, and it is her own self acquired property, she may do whatever she likes.

No, you do not have any right in the property of your mother, till her life. After she expires, and subject to any WILL of disposition made by her, you will have equal right any of your brother, sisters to inherit such property of your mother.
