Dear Sir / Madam,

(Bharathipuram, Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu)

The amount of Stamp Duty depends on the value of the property and the prevailing applicable rates.

You may check with the local Office of the District Registrar of Stamps for the value of Stamp Duty payable on the transfer.
