Status of married girl in bsnl department
fact of case
1.bsnl lady employee died in march 2004
2.she has two daughter
3. elder married to engineer.
4.younger unmarried.
5. husband practicing dr.(bams)
6. moved an application for job by younger daughter.
7. father and elder daughter gave no objection certificate along with the application.
8. younger daughter is engaged but not married till date.
9. bsnl till now has offered no job and matter is still pending.
i want to know what will the status of younger daughter if she get married prior to getting any service from bsnl for getting service from bsnl

no problem in the status of the application in bsnl. ur marriage has nothing to do with the employment but the consideration of the dependant may have some decrease in the position.

employment in such cases are given on compasinate grounds! so the only criteria would be the eligible legal heir - if there is no objection from all others then the other would be given preferrence. - appointment depends upon the vacancy and the catagory that can be offered for such appointment.
