status-qua order means

the court passed status-qua orders about the disputed land wherein the defts installled the wind project. and still the defts are trying to get electrict engergy of wind project.by utilising the generators through wind source daily.whether this could be treated as contempt of court.

What was the suit file for? What is the relief sought in it? Status quo order has to be read in consonence with the relief that has been claimed by the party

details are incomplete ....

anyway if the situation has not changed after the order then there is no contempt of court

status quo means let the things remain as they are.

Details are missing.If the status - qua is in respect of situation of land and structure thereon then the work done by defendent in extracting the energy without disturbing the land and structure exsisting on land does not ammount to violation of order and thus donot attract contempt.
