Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
We stay in a 2 bhk flat in Pune.We are the owner.Recently we have put up a split AC in our bedroom.The machine of the same has been mounted on our own bedroom window wall outside.we re in the 4th floor.3rd floor resident whose balcony is beneath our bedroom is raising objection that the machine should not face their balcony which is actually not.there is atleast 15 ft distance from their balcony and absolutele on the left side on our bedroom exterior wall.what are the legalities needs to be adhered to in this case?
