stay on construrction
i am leaseholder of apmc shop and infront of my building new shop building construction carry on without due sanction of local authorities. i want to stop this illegal construction therefore i made complaint to apmc and sanctioning authority thereafter they are not take cognizance of my complaint what will be remedy avaibale for me in law?

If your complaints are going unheeded, you may file a civil suit in the local court; You may also seek appropriate directions by directly filing a writ petition in the High Court.
