Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I stay in pagdi buiding ,my room is on my fathers name,my father died in 1995,
can the room be transfered in my name.my mother stays with me.are there
any charges for it.I stay in mumbai.

Transfer in what manner? If you mean Rent Receipt, then you need to communicate to the Landlord about death of original tenant and name of his heirs living with him at the time of death.
