Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I stay in a 20 yrs old building. While purchase of my flat, I had bought a terrace from the builder. The terrace has a seperate entrance from that of the common terrace. The society wants the terrace claiming that they have the right over the same. I am paying property tax etc. on the terrace also? Please let me know... what to do?

wait and let the society ban you from entrance/possession. Check the propery document/allotment letter/possession certificate whether your seller was the real owner of that terrace which you bought? Payment of Property tax has no connection
