My step brother had taken signatures on registered relinquishment deed unknowingly 1 year ago after my father death
is there is law to against this deed"

relinquishment deed is required to be registered, if it is not registered then you can deny its due execution. Make some excuse and refuse its execution

u may refuse the execution on ground of forgery
but again u need to prove this as for execution this deed is ready .as it is registered and signed
