Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

My step mother died in November this year.My father died in 1988.My step mother has some landed property in West Bengal and Bihar.Now pl.let me know whether I am entitled by law in these property?

Dear Sir / Madam,

Please check whether your step mother has left behind a Will stating the manner in which the landed property in West Bengal and Bihar should be assigned, or whether she died intestate (without a Will). Do she have any other legal heirs beside you ?
