Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
How to stop and get back a property which is bought on a very privet confidencial safty basis, now the person is planning to sell the property without my interest or consent and the person in question is a second wife without legal wedlocks. But she got 2 child out of us. She is having affair with some one for long say more than 5 years and tring to take away the property. There is very high evidence for their relationship by way of her personel diary. Thanks
