Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I'm stuck in awful situation. We had a insurance agent cum financial adviser who used to visit us time to time. We treated him as friend and now that guy stalking me. He went to my mum's office and express his likeness for me, later my mum denied him in clear words. Although the guy haven't uttered a single line to me. Now he came to my home twice, we again said clear no to him.
Problem is there is no law for stalking in India and if we go to police there is not enough stuff to present, plus my social reputation is on stake. This thing is giving us too much mental stress. I'm fearing that he might give stress to my parents or hurt them, although he didn't threat us. I would like to know is there anyway to get rid of this person? Any legal word of advice which will not make mole of mountain?

Hello ,
Please Contact your Police Station immediately and Call women help line in your state.
Explain Situation that he keep following you, threaten your family and forcing to marry you.
Meanwhile, you should contact his family and explain situation to them. Mostly, stalkers back when there families are involved.

you may see a lawyer and he would send a legal notice to the concerned guy directing him to not to interfere in your and your parents' life.
