Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
It is to submit that Sri R. Mohan working in Telephone Department is died while in service due to heart problems. He nominated his wife for recieveing all the insurance calims and pensionery benefits. He is having (1) married daughter and (1) son who is pursuing B. Pharmacy. Now what happend is his mother is caliming share of 25% of the amounts out of the death benefits. His mother is having (2) sons who are employees of state Government and (3) married daughters who are also state Government employees. Is there any possibliity to avoid share of 25% to his mother because his wife is suffering from lot of hardness. Necessary suggestions may kindly be intimated

As the nominee wife is entitled to 100% of the benefits.
