Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Need suggestion regarding my property issue

Hi everybody,

I am from Andhra pradesh. My grand father divided his property to two of his sons and one daughter by NOTARY process. My father is his first son and i am only daughter to my father. My father died when i am 7 years old. There after my grand mother fired a petition claiming 1/6 part of my fathers property.we went to high court as it is 1/12th property that goes to mother from sons property as per law came during the period of NTR as C.M. Now i am 23 years old and the case is still running. I lost my mother 2 years ago. We submitted original Notary documents written at the time of partition to high court and they are in court now. How can i now inherit my fathers property to my name now? Do i need to get original documents from court for this purpose? If needed whats the procedure to get originals??? can my grand mother still claim for 1/12 th part of my fathers property after i get it under my name??? Plz help me out with this problem. Waiting for reply....

You need to obtain the original documents and your grand mother can still claim on the fathers property as it was ancestral property.

Further you may contact personally alongwith the details as to formulate some advice for you.
