Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I have a suit pending as follows. I am Mr. D in the Below case.
Mr.A and Mr.B purchased 8/8 portion undivided in common in 1937. In 1942 One Mr.C has sold 1/8 portion to D (i.e me). In 1943 the above Mr.A sold in common 7/8 Portion to B itself. Now I dont know how it came to C from A.
And Mr.B has written settlement to his sons fully 8/8 share. and Now Mr.B's heirs are claming my 1 portion also and suit is pending. what will happen......am i safe....
