Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Suit for Permanent Injunction
My employer filed a suit for permanent injunction against me for not serving the 90 days notice period as mentioned in the contract, what are my options given the fact that joining letter states 30 days notice or salary in lieu thereof.
If the stay is vacated, whats the legal sanctity of the case?

As per law, first the suit is not mainteable due to wrong facts. The Sanctity is you have to pay one month payment to your employer.

You may raise all available pleas in your defence by filing your written statement to the suit. A local lawyer may be engaged to pursue your remedy.
