Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Hi, I am Sujjan from Bangalore, My uncle who is own brother of my mother has been giving false complaints against me, my mother, sister and sister's husband...He has been pressuring the concerned police station to register cases against us by arranging for witnesses, etc. We are also being threatened by the police station authorities that they would register 107 case against us...We are not given a chance to explain our position in the police station as they are biased towards my uncle. What is the legal remedy for us..and if we are booked under 107 how do we obtain bail and what are the procedures..please advice

immediately make a complain to the higher authority of police SP or DSP of ur city informing him about the threatening made by ur uncle and the local police station . Even give a petition in court for not lodging a complain by police officails..keep records for all the complains you make... once you make such complain to higher authority the police wont file any case against you .
