summons delivery
I have filed a case in India. I need to serve the summons to a person in US. What is the right way to deliver. Its a simple civil case.

Through Indian Embassy and by a lawyer.

You should be falling in criteria of Hague Convention. You can always send it through a lawyer which is duly adjudicated before the magistrate.
